One of the stranger coincidences in the b-Exagora story surrounds the crash of the supply ship. Apparently downed by 3 separate incidents - government hacking, a solar flare, and an attempted takeover by rebel group “One Mankind”. Some have suggested that the Elysian government allowed the One Mankind plan to get so far in order to have a convenient excuse for the supply ship crashing. Certainly, it seems unlikely that the group could otherwise have arranged for Jeremiah “Pliskin” Waters to be incarcerated at the prison a year before the main attempt, and arrange for all those involved in the later attempt to be sent to the same prison on the same ship.

Records from the prison show that some of the Tel - at least Zhar Ro - were aware of the planned escape. We can only speculate how successful it might have been if the ship had not crashed.
