I Teyk Ngalsh Kel Dzhon was found in 644PE apparently searching for information relating to Elysian manufacturing capabilities. Due to the time and place of arrest it is believed he was sent from Tel territory in advance of the war. The notebook found at his residence (which he maintained to be “just a sketchbook”) contained further evidence of espionage, but has largely not been decoded.

During his detention his behaviour has generally been acceptable, although he has become associated with the other prisoners of war, and occasionally provokes violence from the other prisoners.
