“Records around the death of the original Lorelei are sketchy, but it is possible to piece together from several incident reports from the local branches of the NEIS. It is now believed that the now notorious Vermilion Ambrose was instrumental in the assassination. Several individuals arrested in connection with the incident were linked to Ambrose and believed to be working for him. Of course, we can also turn to the retribution of the Cult for clues as to the perpetrator. Denoted below are the rise in instances of sabotage and rioting incited by the Cult on the planets under Ambrose's control. There are even reports of the burning of effigies of Ambrose, though these are unsubstantiated. It should be noted that these riots were a factor in the destabilisation of the reign of Ambrose that led to his decline near the end of his life.”

“The three planets at the border between Elysian and Tel space have ceased revolting; it appears that they have been brought under the control of several high profile criminals, including Vermilion Ambrose of orbital station Agliostos-19j. It is recommended that these planets are ceded in control as we do not have the resources currently to requisition them.”

[Minerva]: Get your planets under control. If this continues the Elysian government will start to intervene.
[Vermilion]: I am trying. We are stamping out Lorelei's cult. They'll be back under control in a week at most.
[Minerva]: Quicker, if you can.
[Vermilion]: Then help keep the government off me while I do.
[Minerva]: I'm already doing that.
[Vermilion]: One week.
