The applicant's initial conviction of the murder of his wife was overturned by an initial trial which found no evidence that could be obtained in Tel space. However, multiple accounts of tampering with cybernetic body enhancements with intent to cause grievous bodily harm or death were obtained from other inmates of b-Exagora. The cybernetic devices in question were not available for examination and therefore the charge was dropped before trial. However, we are not convinced of the applicant's character. |
