Andras Blake should be considered extremely dangerous. He is known to be an experienced fighter both close up and at range, and, whilst his cybernetic stun-gun has been deactivated, his cyber-blade remains fully functional. He has an extensive record of violent crimes.

He eluded arrest for some time, despite his lack of subtlety and his unmistakeable appearance.

He was eventually captured after a long chase, by the use of snipers with stun darts.
