No shuttle has been detected on approach, but this is something that requires caution - an EIS agent might compromise our plans. If a planetside shuttle launch is detected, I will allow it to approach (provided it follows instructions); and then I'll receive the person in question with an armed welcoming committee and throw them in a cell after searching them top-to-bottom like a prisoner.
