Dr Constance Belle, 35. Once a renowned scientist who specialised in biology and and cybernetics, Constance is now infamous for her cruel practices. Who knows how long she has been committing such atrocities for she was initially arrested after being caught on security footage stealing confindential data. Perhaps not so conincidentally this was the same night there had been a change in staff, just how many others were persuaded to look the other way? After a thorough investigation of her research and labs Dr Belle is now serving a life sentence after being charged with the following.
  * Human experimentation on one or more willing participants.
  * Human experimentation on one or more non willing participants.
  * Multiple counts of violating the ethical code of practice
  * Multiple counts of grave robbing
  * Theft of classified information.
