Christina Keegan was the victim of a relatively high-profile kidnapping case at the age of 15. Thirteen years later, she resurfaced in connection with numerous violent crimes, identified by her distinctive implanted brass knuckles.

On discovery, Keegan managed to outrun law enforcement until cornered in an abandoned building. She remained there for several hours, shooting down any soldiers who approached. When out of ammunition, she resorted to hand-to-hand combat, resisting capture for an additional two hours. Reinforced restraints were required.

Approximately ten minutes after arriving at the Facility, Keegan announced that she was bored and attempted to incite a riot. She has since demonstrated a remarkably cheerful demeanor and a remarkable capacity for insubordination.
