General Vrak's home planet is [[:the_enemy|TelRast]]. He had a long and distinguished career, but his talent was put to misuse after the [[:history|Declaration of War]]. Atrocities committed on planets such as Kaley, Singh3 and Alexandria-Kopolous gave him the moniker in the tabloid press of the Massacrer of Kaley. He featured in Enemy Most Wanted lists from the years 637 - 641PE. The most famous military decision attributed to him remains the desperate and ultimately futile defence of the Tel evacuation from Singh3. In 641PE he was captured during battle over Singh3.
