Aspen was arrested in connection with a prison break near Psi Epsilon space station which left a guard critically injured -  a complicated exercise which involved stolen keys, careful timings to line up with shift changes, and an impressive sprint across the exercise yard. Several prisoners - Stah Ye Jeh Sii Ko's co conspirators - were able to slip away however when she arrived at the gates some hours later due to a hole in the plan they had been relocked. Aspen was unable to blend into the crowd or explain her presence on arrival and was arrested as the primary suspect
